Spot on, brother. Another tool ive found is listening to "study music" or binaural-beats. Something in the 40hz range (also known to help treat alzheimers), but also down into the Delta brainwave frequencies. I start each day with my coffee, listening to about 30min of it. It stops the "chaotic" thinking, and helps focus the day (and calms my thinking) 👍

I got one something like this that is puppy size. It just sleeps and breaths. It has helped a senior dog we adopted be less anxious 🐕🙌🏼 she even grooms it some. We pet and brush the puppy and tell senior dog how pretty her puppy is. Senior dog is proud of her puppy🙌🏼

What I struggle with the most other than poor working memory .. is the emotional dysregulation and rejection sensitivity dysphoria

Weeks after I lost my Mum last year, I was in bed not asleep but lying in bed upset and crying looking at a picture on my wall of her. I felt I was like you in a different place, it was like being in the inside a the most beautiful cathedral I’ve ever saw, was gold everywhere and then I saw my Mum walking towards me, I ran into her arms and she held me stroking my hair and she was well again and younger with dark hair. She told me she was absolutely fine and it was time now for me to let her go and look after myself. I asked her where we were was it heaven and she nodded. She emphasised several times that this was a gift we had been given by God and that it was a one off so although I would dream of her this would not happen again until it was my time to leave earth. She told me how much she loved me and held me close and thanked me for everything I had done and for looking after my Dad, she also told me to tell my son how proud she was of him and that she would look over us until we were all together again. I could feel her smell her and then she told me she would stay with me but I had to close my eyes before I would be back in my bed I begged to stay with her but she said no it’s not your time. She told me she will never stop loving me and would come for me when I was dying. She wiped my tears away then gave me one last kiss and cuddle and made me close my eyes I then sat up in bed crying my eyes out. I know this was more than a dream as I had not been asleep at all when it begun. I does give me huge comfort knowing she is safe and well but I will never get over losing her as she was my best friend. She also said there is nothing to fear and heavens a million times more than I could ever dream it to be! She said she was with all our family and they were all well. My Dad suddenly passed 4 months ago and he was reaching out telling me my Mum was there and had been visiting him earlier in the day, which is a huge comfort to know she came for him and he wasn’t alone. The afterlife is 100% real.

My creativity and free thinking has been the key to my success. Some people use theirs as an excuse to do nothing I'm using mine to build an empire. ADD is not a sickness it's a gift you are a free thinker they don't want free thinking that's why they dope you up. Most successful people have it. Never let them suppress you! You are truly special and are capable of whatever you set your mind to.

Thank you David. I had to walk away from a woman I had invested over a year and a half of my life into. She is separated and going through a divorce. Looking back i know i should of never got involved with a separated woman. The end came over the Holidays when she told me she was seeing another man. I was devastated and knew i had to walk away from her. I know i deserve better. 2024 is a new year and I'm focusing on myself and my purpose.

Being unable to function properly due to ADHD is not a gift. We get desperate for help and then see people sell stuff to help only to realize later people take advantage or exploit our desperation. It sucks.

Hi David. It takes a lot to be sober, from whatever it is a person is addicted to, including toxic relationships. I’m 101 days cannabis-free, 94 days alcohol-free, and 13 months toxic relationship-free!!!
